Research Interests:
My research focuses on integrating physiological, genomic and quantitative genetic approaches to understand biological mechanisms. Aiming to speed up breading, I am targeting to learn the relationship of genotype, phenotype, and environment from several crops and their wild relatives. Further, I am studying how to incorporate gene expression regulation elements in genome-wide prediction models improves the prediction accuracy of phenotypes.
