Research Interests:
My research interests lie in plant genetics, genomics, and their applications in pre-breeding schemes and research infrastructure. In the Buckler Lab, my research will focus on the Andropogoneae tribe to elucidate the underlying genetic landscape of nutrient remobilization in perennials. I aim to identify the alleles necessary to create traits for perennial-like Nitrogen remobilization to the roots in annuals as part of the CERCA project.
