Over the summer of 2018, the Buckler Lab began exploring scalable, affordable high-throughput phenotyping with a fleet of three prototype robotic vehicles developed by Illinois-based EarthSense Inc.
As members of the Department of Energy funded TERRA-MEPP project, the Buckler Lab is working to support the roll-out of this technology by providing design feedback and exploring novel methods of phenotype measurement and characterization.
